Return and refund for QLaces is simple and easy with a two-step process.
First, if you tried QLaces shoelaces and are not happy with it, first please contact us to get additional tips and suggestions. We do this to ensure you are using our products correctly. In most cases, customers don’t see results or enjoy the features because the product is being installed incorrectly.
If you are still not satisfied, cut up your QLaces shoelaces in half, take a photo, and email the photo to firstname.lastname@example.org within 60 days of your purchase with your Order #. The refund process will take several days for it to appear back to the form of your initial payment.
IMPORTANT: We can ONLY provide you money back guarantee for ONE of your no tie shoelaces. If you would like a full refund for your other no tie shoelaces:
- It has to be unused and the package has not been open.
- Our no tie shoelaces are still in the original package with seal.

Exchanges for defective QLaces products (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within the window of our refund policy. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us a photo of the defective QLaces with your order #. Once the exchange is approved, we will ship out a replacement with a tracking number for you.
REFUNDS (UNUSED QLACES)
To return your product, please contact us and provide us your order #, name, and contact info.
Once your return product is received and inspected, we will email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
